    100% sure it is a web-dl

now i tried a popular software called Streamfab that claims it also do Web-dl on same exact file

Size on disk 2.59 GB (2,792,103,936 bytes)

downloaded with Streamfab Size 2.60 GB (2,793,591,856 bytes
Size on disk 2.60 GB (2,793,594,880 bytes)

There is. Different tool(s) were used or a different version of the same tools, or a different paramater for downloading or muxing.
You shouldn't care when there's such a small difference. A recording cannot make such a small difference.

  5. There's a small difference in the audio: Variable vs. Constant Bitrate.

If it was a screen cap then it would have taken the same time to download as the video's duration.
