    Ok .... you got the video to show up by hook or by crook. Repeat that process and please tell me if you can play the video once it shows up.
    The video plays on the default #M option...I think. nothing happens when I click #Q-F.

  2. Try turning off Advanced Tracking Protection in Firefox (via the little shield icon to the left of the address bar). You may also have to enable cookies. Also try the #F link.

    I turned off advanced tracking protection. And I THINK I enabled cookies. I've never done that before so I had to look it up. Maybe I've done something wrong, because #Q-F AND #F still don't work. I've allowed everything AND allowed just cookies. Neither did anything.

    Nothing happens. It just says yt-dlp is not recognized as an internal or external command.

    Never mind. I figured out what I was doing wrong.

  13. I found another trick that works for this site:

    https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/404421-How-to-download-from-abyss-to-and-playhq#post2644731

    After changing that setting you can right click on the video once it's playing (select the resolution you want first) and select Save Video As... from the context menu.

    This worked for the #Q-F server. I can't get the #M server to play the video at all in Firefox so I don't know if will work for that one.

    It's happening again. I can no longer use M4uhd to download through cmd. I put the link into the command and get this...
    yt-dlp --allow-u https://b-g-eu-7.feetcdn.com:2223/v2-hls-playback/f5d020953bdff3a81d114b051179189b6c24...720/index.m3u8

    I put this into the cmd prompt, but it just tells me that ytp isn't a valid whatever.

    Any ideas ?

    You don't need --allow-u in this case since there's no DRM content.
    Yt-dlp downloads just fine.
    Code:
    ytdlp.exe -N 8 "https://b-g-eu-7.feetcdn.com:2223/v2-hls-playback/f5d020953bdff3a81d114b051179189b6c243e6a4444aed8f0591161efa654115da518bc618873861ffaf56f5d371191562cf61a541c50e41acc04735f6f43871e078374b3c08eab614e94383849d1029ef7831c00d5e9b9d17c8b90d3fc86be12e730a19ca3971df5f0005a08d9a364aa40b5f17dd5d47d8871d5edc8e6e6b2f44309acd65dd7e2dda4266349a001e09012a9868114fceb8fd38f5427283701c8f8b9531ff6c0189126854f44aff34366a298ca577e5947618eeb062410f299/720/index.m3u8"

    This sounds like if your yt-dlp.exe is corrupt, maybe since last updating. Otherwise the error would be something like "could not be found"
    Could you post the EXACT error?

  20. May also be because vegeta abbreviates yt-dlp to ytdlp (?)

    And its confusing the issue

    You can up the -N 8 too

    Thanks! I spent a lot of time trying to download Creature Unknown (2004) from this place, and this tracking protection removal, plus disabling adblock, FINALLY worked. I used the Q-F server and their download button, but even so the download failed and was interrupted a million times. However unlike before, now the download continued from the amount already downloaded. I had to click the retry button a ton but after 5 minutes or so it finally downloaded it.

  23. everything is protected by cloudflare so python is not the best way..

    I couldn't figure out how to redirect this to api:
    https://play.playm4u.xyz/....

    maybe someone will find it

    but, the other one can be redirect via api
    (streamm4u)

    https://m4uhd.tv/watch-movie-splintered-2010-229411.html

    choose [#Q-F] or [#F] button thats all the time: streamm4u

    filter dev menu for "ajax"
    Response tab and this is the link for example:
    https://streamm4u.club/v/pymw8amgy21elpp

    this can be called with python for example

    Code:
    import re

    print('\ndev menu filter ajax\ntest link: https://streamm4u.club/v/w3kr8bnrew8wyp1')

    ajax_url = input('\ncloudflare Response tab url: ')
    redir_id = re.findall(r'.*/(.*)', ajax_url)[0].strip()

    import requests

    headers = {
        'authority': 'streamm4u.club',
        'content-type': 'application/x-www-form-urlencoded; charset=UTF-8',
        'sec-ch-ua': '" Not A;Brand";v="99", "Chromium";v="102"',

        'x-requested-with': 'XMLHttpRequest',
    }

    data = {
        'r': 'https://m4uhd.tv/',
        'd': 'streamm4u.club',
    }

    response = requests.post('https://streamm4u.club/api/source/'+redir_id+'', headers=headers, data=data).json()

    print()
    for info in response['data']:
        label = info['label']
        file = info['file']

        grab = f'{label}\n{file}\n'

  24. Hello, I found a solution for downloading a video from this site, specially from the "#M" server after searching few hours, so I share it if that can help someone.
    All tools I tried failed to successfully download and merge correctly files from the stream, until I saw in bottom of this forum, in lastest software updates section, something called N_m3u8DL-RE and magically that worked !
    So basically :
    -Download software from git : https://github.com/nilaoda/N_m3u8DL-RE
    -Download and extract ffmpeg.exe in the same folder : https://ffmpeg.org
    -Install an extension in your browser to change the user agent to android
    -Use DownloadHelper browser extension to get the m3u8 link of the stream (something like https://m3u8-rd.playm4u.xyz/m3u8/v3/5/6...3e.m3u8)
    -Use the downloader tool in command line :
    Code:
    N_m3u8DL-RE "https://m3u8-rd.playm4u.xyz/m3u8/v3/5/6...3e.m3u8" --thread-count 1
    It's important to don't let thread-count option by default (16) or you will receive "Too Many Requests" error.

    That's all, it worked for me.

  26. figured out how to obtain m3u8 #M (playm4u)

    https://m4uhd.tv/watch-movie-bad-turn-worse-2013-4354.html

    filter dev menu: apidata

    Code:
    print('test link: https://api-plhq.playm4u.xyz/apidatard/5e8dd16b70eac4137a676553/634837f6c047ac098f55b24f')

    apidata_link = input('(filter dev menu: apidata) link: ')

    import requests

    data = {
        'referrer': 'https://m4uhd.tv',
    }

    m3u8_link = requests.post(apidata_link, data=data).json()['data']
    print(f'\n{m3u8_link}\n')

    what Jarod46 found is that you can only download with one thread thats true, otherwise it will be blocking ip!
    and then it is not possible to view or download!

  27. Very old thread but I came upon it while searching for solutions.
    The video I'm attempting to download only has the #M server option to choose from.
    Video DownloadHelper extension and Stream Detector/sniffers bring up nothing. Brick wall.
    Light bulb** I whipped out my phone and opened up 1DM+ and navigated to the site through it's internal browser.
    m3u8 link detected.... copy paste... send link text to computer browser... copy paste that to yt-dlp command and bingo... video downloaded.

    Thanks to whoever mentioned the user agent android trick to force the site to serve an m3u8.

    ** Should also note that yt-dlp outputted a wildly corrupt .mp4 container file that would not play.
    Medianfo shows there's valid AVC and AAC streams in it so I dropped the file into mkvtoolnix and muxxed it into a playable file.
    I'm sure the same can be done with FFMPEG. I just use mkvtoonix and then FFMPEG to go .mkv > .mp4
    A few hurdles to jump but I'm now the proud owner of a hard-to-find shit-tier movie in .mp4 encoded at a frustratingly low bitrate but c'est la vie.

    Way to go. You demonstrated a lot of initiative. I am positive that you learnt a lot from this experience. I like when people, like yourself, do not see something as a problem but as a challenge.

    Keep up the good work and you will go far.

    You need a custom script that handles the specific json request. And since there's no PSSH or KID in mpd, you need to either convert it from the EME logger or dump a fragment. A lot of work for "Big Brother"...

    Code:
    PSSH: AAAAPHBzc2gAAAAA7e+LqXnWSs6jyCfc1R0h7QAAABwiFEdMT0IwMDU2ODc2NzUwMDAwMDAwSOPclZsG
