I am not sure if this is a pilot error or a bug in the code.
But, I have a folder with a dozen or so .srt files and I am doing a batch conversion (mostly clean up) of these files.
everything seems to be working fine except SE, has moved all the punctuations in sentences from the end of a line to the beginning of the line;
Ex:
That's not what I meant. --> .That's not what I meant
OR
Do you know why you are here? --> ?Do you know why you are here
I thought it might be the Encoding issue and tried it with UTF-8 with and without BOM, no difference. it looks like it handles everything except the punctuation as left to right ?!?
If I process the files manually and one by one, it is fine, so it must be something with the batch processor that causes this issue.
Any thoughts?
