Hello
I have several BRrip from the same film (an animated film of 83 minutes) and I would like to combine the best track of each one in a single mkv (using mkvmerge).
I have been trying to choose using mediainfo, but I don't have enough experience to interpretative the different parameters and values.
Can you help me to choose? or explain me which values are more relevant and how to compare it?

This isn't an allowed topic here but I'll say this. Many if not most of those 'brrips' are NOT made from the original bluray, they're a compressed copy of someone else's compressed copy made from the actual disk. Use your eyes/ears.
