I have the DVD's from the 1970's TV Show The Land Of The Lost.
I was going to use Any Video Converter to Make an Original Copy of all the Shows on My Hard Drive.
So any Video Conterer Opens the Disc and I Pick for the Format DVD NTSC.
No I go thought to See if I can Set everything to Original?
But Say Audio it has BitRate 128 kbps.
If I Click the Tab it only has 128 kbps or 192 kbps.
I Thought DVD Audio BitRate was 256 kbps?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!

Just rip the disc images to hard drive and use a media player or a PC program that can playback the disc image as if it was the original disc with faster operation.
-
If it's mono it's most likely 128 Kbit/s, and 192 for stereo. Quite common for AC3 audio on DVD.
-
I just put another DVD I have in.
I Pick NTSC DVD Format.
I have Frame Rate Set to Auto and anything that will let Me I Set to Auto.
The Audio Sample Rate is 48,000 Hz.
The Audio BitRate is still 128 kbps or 192 kbps.
This DVD is of the Movie Wedding Crashers so I do not think the Audio is 192 kbps.
Is there another DVD Decrypter that is Free? -
I did try to use DVDFab.
I never can get the DVD Decrypter from DVDFab.
This is Free can you help Me?
Can you give Me just the Link to DVDFab Decrypter?
I do not know why I can not get it. -
-
I go to DVDFAB and Download it.
It Says DVDFAB 12 Thank You For Downloading It.
I Install it and Start it.
Every Program in the List Says Buy or Try.
But at the End of the List is DVD Decrypter Free so I Click it.
It Opens My Web Browser and takes Me to DVDFAB to Download it.
I Click it and it Says Thank You For Downloading DVDFAB 12.
I Install it and it just does the same thing over and over.
How do I get the DVDFAB DVD Decrypter? -
My DVDFAB Decrypter is now working good.
But it is Splitting all of the .VOB Files Up.
So every Show is Split Up into Say 3. .VOB Files.
How do I stop it from Splitting Up the .VOB Files? -
The VOB files on the DVD are already split up. All DVDFAB Decrypter is doing is decrypting them (and removing obfuscations that making copying DVDs difficult). If you want to join the VOB files that comprise a title use VOB2MPG, MakeMKV on the decrypted DVD folder (don't remove the IFO or BUP files, they're needed to properly pass the VOB contents). If you want to re-compress the video with another codec (h.264, h.265, etc) to make the result smaller use Handbrake on the folder.

Thanks for the help I now Understand why all the.VOB Files are Split.
But one thing?
If I put a DVD in DVDShrink I go into Settings and have it not Split the .VOB Files and it works.
But I did it with this DVD and it still Split the .VOB Files.
I Ask because DVDShrink is very good to.
But it Splits the .VOB Files as well on this DVD. -
The DVD spec limits VOB files to 1 GB each. DVD players cannot handle VOB files more than 1 GB. Longer titles will be split over several VOB files on a DVD. Since the main purpose of DVDShrink is to reduce the size of a DVD to make a new DVD it will limit VOB size to 1 GB. If it didn't the new DVD would not play properly in a DVD player.

@biferi If you want each episode in its own file containing the original audio and video it is possible to do that. However, you will need to give up the ability to use DVD menus.
Makemkv can copy the original audio and video for each episode to its own mkv file.Ignore list: hello_hello, tried, TechLord, Snoopy329 -
Yes, it REALLY depends on what you want to do with the material. Backup a DVD (with new decrypted copy)? Backup & shrink a DVD (burning to new disc)? Rip to single media losslessly (where internal codecs stays same while changing container)? Or ripping & reencoding to new single file format?
Concatenation is unnecessary and counterproductive in the first instance. It is counterproductive yet moot (because the transcoding will reorganize the vobs regardless). It is unnecessary and duplicative in the 3rd instance (since it does its own concatenation in the conversion process). And it is only appropriate in the last instance - and in that case, you should be using proper vob --> mpg concatenation conversion tools and ending with a standard mpeg.
I think your false assumption was in seeing multiple task capabilities in the dvdshrink tool and thinking they were ALL geared toward the same goal of producing the 2nd instance. They aren't.

Thanks to everybody for the help.
I do also use DVD Decrypter it is very good as well.
But I have to Ask?
When You go to Decrypt Say 1. Show You Pick Say VTS 1 or VTS 4 or VTS 7 for what every Show You want.
But after You Pick Say VTS 5. a Drop Down Opens with PGC 1. PGC 2. and PGC 3. what are these?
They all have the same Time Length and I have to Pick one of them to have it Start to Decrypt. -
If I process DVD, I'm not "ripping" it, but put content to container. It allow to preserve original disc data in one file and play in any player in desktop or mobile. AnyMP4 rippers do the job (for both DVD and BD). Then of course can re-encode video to something modern and multiplex with original soundtrack(s), and have quite small file in poor DVD quality or enhance it with AI. About encoding DVD video in DVD to something modern?.

So if I Understand You.
In DVD Decrypter when I Select VTS-4 I know this is for one of the Shows.
Now in here it has PGC-1. PGC-2 and PGC-3. and they all have the same Run Time.
And if I Decrypt all 3. of them and Play them they all all the same.
So if I Understand You each one of these 3. Files has just Different Playback Data in them?
This has nothing to do with the Audio Right?
They all will have the same Audio in them Right? -
I have DVD Decrypter and if I Select PGC-1. and it Says it has 5. Chapters and 1. Cell.
Then I Select PGC-2. and it Says the same thing.
Then I Select PGC-3 and it Says the same thing.
Now if I Play all 3. PGC Files it is the same Show.
So witch PGC File do I Select something has to be Different from PGC-1. PGC-2. and PGC-3. can anybody help? -
IDK, perhaps something in this procedure may be of use ?
