  1. I'm trying to download video and audio files from a stream using Video Download Helper. It identified the correct 4K HLS file, but gave me an error before completing. I've also tried the HLS Loader Chrome extension, which gives me this error: "[ FATAL ] Faild to demux : Cannot read property 'timescale' of undefined". Next, I tried ffmpeg using the M3U8 URL, but I get an access denied error. Command:
    Code:
    ffmpeg -headers "Referer: https://live.eluv.io/" -i "https://host-76-74-34-199.contentfabric.io/qlibs/ilib3XFPRjUQdoXg4hHMWR7YPSmbttSC/q/hq__6s8SPVsMhx7cNDxqjjdE3PQRPMjDD2E83UBXXcKfYWSKjjj2piYsLhz7CCiRvzs8eu1uYGTyV3/rep/channel/default/hls-clear/video/videovideo_3840x2160@15000000/playlist.m3u8?resolve=false&sid=F1411C926582" -c copy output.mp4

Anything else I can try? Thanks in advance.

  2. I'm not sure what that means.

I tried Video Download Helper again and the download actually gets to 100%, but then gives me this error:
