Maybe for the first time ever, i was not sure if i am posting for the correct forum or not

Simply i am trying to stream video without the ability of downloading, i was able to do so, using Ant Media server streaming as HLS embed the code on html, this is prevent the browser download, moved all save as / download options , but still Internet download manager software can detect the video and download it,any idea or advises to prevent it as well ? thanks and i apologize if am sending on wrong place.
