Forget the bin just burn the mpeg in nero. Just select vcd for mpeg1 or svcd if you have a mpeg2. Thats it.

I think MPEG-2 allows up to 1920 x 1080 pixels. Every resolution (both width and height should be a multiple of 16) is a "valid" resolution if you burn to CD-ROM. If you are aiming for VCD, SVCD or DVD, you should have a look at the "what is ..." section.
VCD: 352 x 240 / 288
SVCD: 480 x 480 / 576
DVD: 720 x 480 / 576 -
thanx, I also have a couple more questions:
1: when I play the burnt VCD in a DVD player does it go 'full screen'?
2: can I play a burnt VCD on a playstation2?
3: when burning with Nero, I select to create a movie cd and then a couple of folders are in a window and there is another window with some tabs like 'Track' 'Lenght' etc. When I add a file to that window, as I would be supposed to, it says 'Track #2'. Is this normal?
thank you for your time -
