  1. Hello

I have a video what i recorded by webcam.
And the video jump some second frekvently, maybe cause of the lag when recorded. Now i have sound more than one hour, and a video half an hour.
Can i somehow sync the sound?
I try to delete the audio where the frames jump, but no luck.
    Any suggestion?

You'll probably have split it into sections and sync each piece separately

  4. Maybe split every five minute, and try to move the sound to match?

Probably something like Avidemux. Open your video, leave the video as "copy" (on the left)
and set the audio to PCM. You can use Audio Output /filters/shift audio. You can set - or + to advance/delay the audio
use the A and B markers to set the clip for the first piece that remains in sync.
Save it as clip 1. Move the A and B markers to the next part, recheck (by playing it) and adjust the sync and continue until the end.

Why would a webcam lag the system while recording? Perhaps you should use mediainfo (in View>text) to examine the video/audio properties and post
