Hello! I'm trying to transfer HD videos from my Sony digital camcorder's internal memory to my computer, but the older files aren't transferring. The files show up as thumbnails, with file data, but when clicking on them a message comes up that says "Image not found". When I try to transfer them from my PC it just hangs, never transfers. Any suggestions, please?
