When I try to run

yt-dlp.exe --external-downloader aria2c --external-downloader-args "-x 16 -s 16 -k 3M" --cookies-from-browser chrome -o "test.mp4" -f ("bestvideo[height<=720]+bestaudio/best[height<=720]") https://play.history.com/shows/pawn-stars/season-1/episode-2

It comes back with the following

Used to be able to pass cookies in the past and it would work. Now it seems like they updated it so it doesn't work. I login with my ISP login so only works at my home, just wondering if there is another way to fix it?

Thank you for this. Normally I use the HLS Downloader addon for Chrome and that gets the M3U8 link and with that I can just throw it into a batch file. Just was hoping to find a way to get it to grab it from the main link like it used to versus grabbing each M3U8 link so I can queue it over night easier.
