Having edited out part of a video how do I join the remaining parts together without using Transitions?

Depends on what editor you used to cut bits out.

    Hi Richard,
I used 'Split' either side of the unwanted clip and then deleted it. How do them join the two remaining parts together without using 'Transitions' as I want a seamless join?

    Hi Richard,
I am using Movavi for editing.

Not familiar with Movavi but can't you just drag the remainder of the clip (after the bit you deleted) back along the timeline, or does that automatically insert a transition? I'm assuming it adds a crossfade when clips are joined? Can transitions be changed from the default to a straight cut?

It doesn't automatically insert a transition. However they are linked together after I save the video.
