    You didn't read carefully.
Read my post there, not the initial post.
Post mediainfo of the file you have so we can actually see if the same way I described there can be used on your video file.

I hate websites with debugger opening and preventing you from network checking.

  5. This video doesn't have any subtitles in it.
They probably come in a different way.
If I find the time to explore, I'll post again.

  6. I think, and I could be terribly wrong, the subtitles are inside this
    https://pastebin.com/Nv11qsAL
if we repair and base64 decode that long string, we get
    https://pastebin.com/vXy3wwB3
Now this, looks, something like a subtitle.
    Pattern keeps repeating. Example
    2fa436,2fa846,U2FsdGVkX1/vP80WG8A65dHdVpME

2fa436 and 2fa846 could be numbers in another number system that indicate when the subtitle line starts and when it ends
U2FsdGVkX1/vP80WG8A65dHdVpME could be the actual text of the subtitle line
All of these subtitle lines actually start with
    U2FsdGVkX1
    and this is salt...

I'm at a loss here, I don't know how to proceed and what to do.

  7. 2fa436 and 2fa846 could be numbers in another number system that indicate when the subtitle line starts and when it ends
Could be milliseconds in hexadecimal. (Difference here would be 1040 or 1s040ms.)
(By the way the first link leads to a 404 error.)

    U2FsdGVkX1
    and this is salt...

    Add some pepper ?

Don't know much about that but “salt” is a concept in cryptography.
Impressive level of obfuscation for mere subtitles if that's indeed what it is...
