Installing vapoursynth

How do I install vs, add videos into it and render them. I have spent hours and i still can't figure out

If you're using API4 (r56 or newer) , you have to use

core = vs.core

instead of

core = vs.get_core()

Many scripts, plugins have not been updated yet, it's a transition phase right now to API4

It's probably easier to use r54 right now
