  1. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I tried the plugin Widevine guesser on Firefox and Chrome and nothing. I was unable to get the keys for this:
    https://www.mediasetplay.mediaset.it/video/scherziaparte/prima-puntata_F311026001000101
(Geoblocked you need a Italian IP)
I also found out the guide, to download and decrypt files, I used there it's gone ;(
    https://thopdb.com/how-to/how-to-download-drm-protected-videos/
Please help me if you can, thank you in advance.

  10. Stop posting ******* threads with the name of the plugin.
This is getting cached by the Google et all.
You probably want it to die as soon as possible?

Calm down anyway if you was enough informed you would know that the most important companies have bots that checks github etc.(where the tool is hosted)
So before attacking please learn to be kind and keep yourself informed on how really thinks work.

    Edit: Moreover check here
https://www.videohelp.com/search?siteurl=forum.videohelp.com&q=+Widevine This should be enough to get the attention of them don't you think?

    Thank you.
    HTML Code:
    yt-dlp.exe %LINK% -R infinite --fragment-retries infinite
I tried this command and it seems to be nearly perfect(sometimes it fails and I have to run it again.
(I got the two options from the wiki of the tool)

I am perfectly calm and I am so polite in the RL. The real talk about the widevine project started about several months before the key got revoked. And it was around more than a year before it got public.

The whole talking about just shortens its life providing it IS working and the people that want to use it just need to read about several pages of simple explainations in the readme files.

I am sorry if I got you offended but I found it really ... well I don't want to use the proper word but you can imagine it - when people continuously talk about pirate stuff only to make it more visible than it already is.

  14. Reminds me of a LENGTHY discussion I read earlier this year about whether or not Usenet binaries should be mentioned on high-profile websites...
Some will say : “The first rule of [XXX] is that you don't talk about [XXX].” And some will rightfully argue that, just like when you start peeing in your pants there's no point in trying to stop it anymore (number two is a different matter but the same rule pretty much applies, unless there is a significant risk of ignition), whenever some new fancy outlawed Internet practice emerges and reaches a point of sufficient visibility to be actually usable, it is already too late to hope that it won't get noticed by the entities that might have a legal and/or financial interest in putting it down. So relax and enjoy while it lasts, if push comes to shove sumpting else will come out of the grove, as it always happened in the past.
