    Search PM
    Trying to load Spiderman svcd to convert to DVD and I get a 'Can not open or unsupported' error message in TMPGENC. WMP will not play it either. Tried all of that Environmental settings in TMPGENC stuff but still no luck. Do I need a new codec or something? plz help!

    Try the MPEG-2 VFAPI pluginb for TMPGEnc.

    Then increase the priority of the plugin. Or simply create a dvd2avi project of the MPEG-2 and load the *.d2v into TMPGEnc.

    loaded the plugin. tmpgenc accepted it this time. i went to merge tools and loaded the mpg and did a edit. i scrolled the the movie and everything was in synch. does that mean the encoded version will be ok also?
