I have this file, I suppose it is called transcription? Here is an image of how it looks
The numbers on the left, such as "32;15" is what I think is the duration for the text to show. When I added the line manually in Subtitle Edit tool, I saw that the talk for it lasted for around 32 seconds.
This left me wondering, what does "05;26;07 fps" in the title mean? Can I somehow use this number to automatically add the transcribed text into Subtitle Edit tool without me having to worry about setting subtitle starting and ending points manually?
Any help is appreciated!
