Switch Overscan OFF, or find a setting with your TV/player which shows the full picture.
Now parts are hidden on all sides, even asymmetric (more on the left than on the right).

Yes, the TV is cutting off all quite a large portion of the outer edges of the video. Find the overscan setting and turn it off. Different manufacturers call it different things: overscan, just scan, pixel-by-pixel, etc. On some TVs you have to use a specific input (it might be labeled "computer" or "DVI", or some such. Search for your TV model and overscan -- you'll probably find instruction. Once you have disabled overscan you should be able to see all of all four reticles at the edges of the frame. Just like the first image in post #19.
