how to download from the site using ffmpeg

And why it must be ffmpeg?
Use DownloadHelper with companion app installed.
When it starts to re-encode after downloading just find the file in the temp folder and rename it.

Since I am going blind and have massive problems with command line programs, I use youtube-dl-gui by Murrty, which uses ffmpeg and youtube-dl to download. It's so much easier than typing all that command line stuff...

How do I find the code for the ffmpeg command after downloading using Video download Helper....
is it in a file or folder location ... ?

I was able to do this last year and forgotten how to retrieve the ffmpeg command of the currently downloading video

I am using Video DownloadHelper 7.6.6 , is this version to new..... ?

Please help this is destroying my brain.....
