On disc there are 2 video streams, one is in 4K HDR, other is FHD. But this second stream is strange - it's not normal stream just in lower quality, but it is in white and grey with lots of noise (video is stylized on old BW with grain recorded on tape, so this may be reason of noise). It looking like some mask for image processing. What this second stream means? Is there sense HDR in BW movie?

AFAIK Blu Ray/UHD do not do masks.

Now this is just a guess. It happens with Blu Ray so it may happen with UHD. Try playing a disk in a PC player and a copy-protection kicks in and loads the wrong playlist.

I did not think one could mix 4K and 2K on the same disk (could be wrong there)

Would really like to see a mediainfo readout of both streams, along with an isobuster tree screenshot. My hunch is either that the disk is using a little used feature of 2nd stream video (always at reduced rez) as a kind of overlay, or similarly this could be not video per se but a full motion png subpicture stream. For what purpose, either one, who knows?
Btw, AFAIK, there is no reason a UHDBD can NOT have both uhd and hd elements, but most likely they would have to be in different playlists, or perhaps different titles.
