  2. Frames are misordered, and the pattern is not regular. There does not appear to be any missing frames

    You'd need to move/edit them to correct location (times) in video editor.

  3. I didn't bother to download it, but I don't think there is an automated way to fix it. If someone gave me the actual video, I'd first try to simply replace the jumps with a duplicate of the previous frame. If the jumps are two-frames long, then replace the second jump with a duplicate of the frame after the discontinuity.

    If the discontinuities are only one frame long, you actually CAN repair that automatically using this script I developed several years ago:

    Finding individual "bad" frames in video; save frame number; or repair

  4. I did have a look at it and frames are just out of order. No duplicates or drops. You just need to put them in their proper place. e.g. ripple cuts & inserts
