  1. Hi

I'm trying to download this video with VLC but I get only errors:

    Code:
    https://homelessworldcup.marcaclaro.com/widgets-ovp/player.html?transmision_id=abb3434a-b26d-4617-a95d-11b835004754#amp=1
    the m3u8:

    Code:
    https://vodamxctoka.ovpobs.tv/out/vod/valias/tok1000057/u/ch12/hdntl=ip=201.141.239.27~exp=1628144531~acl=%2fout%2fvod%2fvalias%2ftok1000057%2fu%2fch12%2f*~id=040-nfc823df~data=hdntl~hmac=045e94682ab5a5fa3af15420141845847f51100c99f3689fa5d4469007dc790e/master_1.m3u8?m=1625191761
I can watch the video but I can't even play it on VLC like other times

I've try with the chorme addon "Live Stream Downloader" but with no luck.

If you have trouble playing it, just use a VPN with an IP from Mexico.

I really hope someone helps me please

  2. I can't get my NordVPN to open this.
Grab the m3u8 and try ffmpeg, streamlink or n_m3u8dl-cli.

  3. Someone recommended me to use Vovsoft's "M3U8 Downloader" program which has a more user-friendly interface. And the similarity that I see between that program and VLC is that they both get the error "HTTP error 403 Forbidden".

I don't know if I have to modify something in the URL of the m3u8 file so that I can download it

But I will also try with n_m3u8dl-cli

Normally a permissions issue rather than VPN, solved by using headers for (usually) referer, but also possibly user-agent, and very occasionally Origin.

I understand what you say but I do not know what I have to try to do if it is not just using the URL as it is
