OBS Failed to start streaming

Hi there,

Few days ago i tried to update my drivers for AMD GPU, and after that i couldnt stream anymore via AMD encoder ( I tried with software encoder, its wokring but its laggy), and when i start to streaming there is error:

Failed to start streaming
Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details.
NOTE: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date.

I have Windows 7 64bit, AMD Radeon (TM) R7 360 Series, OBS 27.0.1

I tried to do clean uninstall with AMD cleanup utility + install again drivers and still not working.

Use software encoder before somebody more experienced that me answers your questions

The owner SID on a per-user subscription doesn't exist

Login credentials incorrect. Nothing to do with drivers.

And I would use Lanczos instead of bi-linear for resizing.
