    That's so strange, I use Chrome and I can play it with no problem. One of my friends tried to open it and he can only play it on Safari, not chrome. Dunno why that happens.

    So, if you can play it in your browser, did you try DownloadHelper?

    Yes, DownloadHelper was able to get the video but I need download the companion app and my mac isn't letting me even after I manually allowed it to run.

    Do you know of any way to bypass that and use youtube-dl instead? Thanks!
