  1. How do I make this low res so I can show it to someone and protect it so they cannot use it without paying. Or watermark it or any other way?

    You can resize and add a logo in any video editor

  3. So, how do you edit video files? Use an editor. Pretty much all of them support scaling and overlays.

    Thanks. can't watermarks be removed though? I'm using Vegas Pro. I can reduce the size but it is still good quality

    Some watermarks are easier to remove than others. Opaque watermarks are harder to remove than semi-transparent watermarks. Moving watermarks are harder to remove than stationary watermarks. Large watermarks are harder to remove (or leave more damage) than small watermarks. Etc.

    Then reduce the size even more. And/or encode with really poor settings to reduce the quality.

  6. Here's another thing you can try: blur most of the picture to make it unusable, the overlay a sharp portion at the center to show how clear the video really is.

    Thanks I have now been able to make a low res choppy almost pixelating one
