Hello everyone,
I need to transform an image sequence to video. I need each image to stay 5 seconds and to crossfade to the next image.
I am using Windows 8.1 64 bit.
Which free programs are best for this task?
And which open source programs are best for this?
And which programs can do this using scripting (command line or otherwise)?
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
