How to decrypt an mpd file. Steps please

Hi friends, I would like to know what steps to decrypt an mpd file. I have a link to a file that is encrypted, inside it has the cenc id.

I installed bento4, mp4descript and widivine. But i don't know what keys i need besides cenc to decrypt the file.

what else do i need and what steps should i do to decrypt the mpd file?
