Popcorn Audio Converter - E-AC3

I've been using Popcorn for a couple years now, great app. I use an app called VidCoder, basically Handbrake with a different GUI and one of the versions converted audio poorly and I was getting crackling and cut outs in my video when stuff like explosions or thunder came up, anything with lots of bass. Used Popcorn to convert audio first then Vidcoder with audio set to pass through and worked so well, I never use Vidcoder for audio anymore.

I've been reading a bit about EAC3 and sounds like it's a step up from AC3 ... Can Popcorn convert to that? or just AC3 only?

It can convert FROM EAC3

... but not to EAC3... bummer, but not a deal breaker. Been working great so far, except recently having error's with FLAC but, rare I need it for that.
