FFMpeg demux but keeping max bitrate tag

I’m using ffmpeg to demux .mp4 files and it’s working great

In the process ffmpeg removes tags like “title, max bitrate, encoded date etc” I wanted to know if there’s a way to keep “max bitrate” tag/info during the Demux process ?

I’ve search this info without any result

demux = extract raw streams, these will only contain the tags which are part of the raw streams, container tags will be lost.
(also 'max bitrate' often isn't a tag but something guessed by tools like mediainfo by more or less educated guesses,...)

Try to demux the videostream to m4v or mp4 output.
