Hi,
Does anyone know recommend a simple guide to add and / or replace audio to a DVD and change the name of the item menu?

Assuming you have Windows:

1.Copy DVD to your computer drive.
2.Open it in any video editor
3.Remove the audio portion and replace it with the one of your choice.
4.The change of the menu name is more complicated but try the above 3 first.
