It turns out I do have Windows 11 but it was showing version "10.00 something" and I got confused.

I noticed a Beelink 16GB Ram 500GB hard drive on sale at Amazon Canada and it had a $60.00 coupon as well. It look like the coupon brought the price down to around what the 8GB Ram 256GB hard drive version costs. I was tempted to snap it up but I just can't be spending that kind of money right now.
