Does It Possible to Get Videos Manually from Instagram?

Hello, dear all.

We have several programs that get videos from Instagram. Even extensions / add-ons that do the job. Or on-line sites that grab the videos.

But, just for curiosity, does it possible to get such videos "manually", without any kind of programs / add-ons / on-line sites?

I asked that in a few cases that no program can't detect the videos properly. And, in those cases, maybe do the "manual downloading". Eg: seeing View Source Page / Inspect Elements ( using Firefox / Chrome / Other browsers ) on such links to find the working / valid video links.

Does it possible? Do you have any tutorial to point about it?
