Sound Bar help

I just got a new TV with HDMI ARC and I was Looking at the Sonos Arc Sound Bar.

They Say on YouTube the Sonos ARC has Dolby Atmos.

But I wanted to know how the HDMI ARC works on my TV?

My Cable Box has an HDMI Cable and my Blue Ray Player has an HDMI Cable as well.
So I know I will Plug both of them into my TVs HDMI Ports.

And the TVs HDMI ARC port I will Plug an HDMI Cable from it to my Sound Bars HDMI ARC Port.

Am I Right or is this not how it works?

You have the right concept but read the article for potential limitations as far a Dolby Atmos is concerned. Capabilities of your tv are critical here.
