Extracting token for stream url.

There's a app that provides a number of free tv channels. I wanted to extract the m3u8 links and play them in my Libreelec/KODI Setup to watch them in bigscreen. I used wireshark to extract the link but it only works for a few minutes and then I would again have to extract the link (might be due to the token expiring). Here's the image of the POST method header or whatever it is called that the app used to extract channel.

And the app says that every link used in the app are from the internet, so I don't think this is breaking any rules.
And should I upload the pcapng file too??
