in address bar up there type cmd and press enter
a cmd will open
you type that code there

new to this... you use yt-dl... ffmpeg is similar to yt-dl

Are we sure we need a key?
There's something odd going on here. There doesn't seem to be Widevine. There's nothing "fishy" in the m3u8 and yet the .ts file is messed up for "some" reason.
What trickery do they use?
I can't really figure out.

Youku.tv was using N_m3u8DL-RE tool to download the m3u8 file, and was able to play the first minute of the video, but the rest of the video was not playable due to errors.
