My christening video is flickering! How to fix that?

Hi guys, can you PLEASE help me with this. My video is flickering. I've tried a few things but nothing seems to work!

I really need your help guys, as this is a Christening video and a client.

Video stream:
Codec: MPEG-2
1920X1080
Frame rate: 29.970 (30000/1001) FPS
MPEG Video (component) (version 2) (4:2:2@High) (XDCAM HD422)
Bitrate 50000Kbps

Audio stream:
Codec: PCM
Sample rate: 48000 Hz
Bitrate 1152Kbps


Inside the .XML file it ways:

This video is in Europe.
