I'm looking to create some 1080p video on BD-R media and also DVD-R media. Outside of Toast Pro that is $100, are there any free or much lower priced options on a mac?
The cost to benefit ratio for spending $100 isn't really there for me since it's something I would rarely do and not something I really need to do. I could just burn MP4 files to optical discs and it would play in my blu-ray players through their file browsing options. But that's clunky and I kind of want to make some officially playable discs. Creating menus and stuff are a bonus but not necessary.
