you need to decrypt the mp4 files with mp4decrypt. via CLI its
mp4decrypt.exe --key 00000000000000000000000004341129:cbd14ecf57fff1969 fc43aa9f1a6fa71 file.mp4 decryptedfile.mp4

where "file.mp4" is the file you have and decryptedfile will be the name of the unencrypted file.
if you got a separate audio file its the same key and just replace the audio file.

if you need to merge mkvmerge works well but if you prefer a user interface mkvtoolnix gui is decent imo

edit: interesting the site auto adds links to the toolkit and the gui version.

Those bitstream errors normally occur when the files arent actually decrypted.
try playing the "decrypted" audio and video files with vlc (or other media player).

Those keys arent correct because you used the wrong license server, https://widevine-proxy.appspot.com/proxy always responds to any pssh request.
you need to use the license server that you found in the browser ie. http://b2c-www.redefine.pl/rpc/drm/

regarding the previous error, what headers are sent in the post request to the license server? it looks like you are missing a vital one.

Thank you @Elcap! I did use the correct license proxy in my command line but it wasn't reflected in the response!

I can't figure out what header to pass to the page and I just left that field BLANK

That's really weird! What was wrong? How do you decide which one to use among so many PSSH values in just one .mpd file? How do you obtain the page header information??? I'm a newbie for l3.py, sorry for so many questions!

Some might be floating around on Github. Some might not. Building a script from scratch is not really possible even for your average programmer. Appending the script to suit other sites who put their little tricks to make it hard to get keys, on the other hand, should be possible for your average programmer. Or someone who is just smart enough to connect the dots.
