Subtitle Edit - Netflix Quality Check

Hey guys, I have been struggling with Netflix Quality Check errors on my subtitles. I have my subtitles timed and set correctly to my timing and movie frame rate (25FPS).

I am still getting "Minimum two frames gap" error. When I try to use "Apply minimum gap between subtitles" tool and set it to correct 80ms (2 frames in 25FPS) it just shows nothing to fix (since I have already used it before to fix this).

I dont seem to understand what this error is, would somebody be so king and explain me what am I missing?

I would appreciate your input a lot.

UPDATE: It was a bug fixed in 2.6.0 BETA.
