  1. Here is a NSFW video clip that is freely available if you use a Japanese IP (requires VPN to play):
    deleted

The video itself uses MPD manifest and is downloadable without any issues with yt-dlp. I am using a Chrome version that works with the extension on many other sites.

The Widevine implementation (if it is one) seems to be not-standard because I can’t get any keys to show up in the console output when using the extension.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks

Thank you for the key, it was correct. Did you have to modify the extension to get it to show up in console? If not, are you using a different version than https://github.com/bubonic/chrome-extension-1 ? What is your Chrome version?

You need to have V89 or later, but no matter what you do, it will update Chrome and the Widevine DLL's after a reboot (in a Windows box anyhow, not sure on Linux), so each time you need to use Widevine Decrypter you needto reload the DLL's for it to work. Trust me i have done all i can to stop it, from using a GPO, to stopping and disable the update services for Chrome >(.

Not sure where i go them, but you will want widevinecdm.dll and widevinecdm.dll.sig, with a modified date of March 13 2021. Those have been working for me on Win 10.
