  1. I have a 4.17GB file that I'm trying to put into a basic menu in Ulead's program. It does NOT recognize the complete size. (Says it's 336? seconds and 10,000+ frames? BUT with the right 4.17 gb file size) I can't break the file up using the chapter marks either. It allows me to complete the DVD, but I'd really like to chapter out the 2 Hour 11 Minute 5 sec video, 4100 CBR with 384? Mp2 audio....

Any Ideas? Has anyone used Ulead with a longer than 2 hour file?

Using Full Version w/ latest patch. (Downloaded from Ulead's site)

  2. try my dvd this is the only software i found that lets you set chapter intervals. As far as I know this is the only one out there. You use it while capturing only ,but it's too bad that you can't go back and make chapters later after it's been captured. I'm am a newbe at this, for what's its worth give it a try. If anyone else has a better method of making chapters easier than I am please give us some information thanks 8)

  3. Well, Ulead MF can do chapter breaks. I did this with a 1 hour concert for each song no problem. I'm gonna burn it anyways and test the video.

  5. Anyone? I still can't put the chapters in on Ulead MF. I've tried uninstalling/re-install, I've even reencoded the whole thing, still reads as a 6+ minute video, when it's 2hrs 11minute ++.

Also loaded same mpeg into DVDit PE 2.5 and it allows me to add all the chapters but it shows as its too big for a 4.7gb DVD-R. I believe this has to do with the DD audio conversion it wants to do. So, I put the original avi in and it shows it could convert and the final mpeg would have a higher bit-rate than the original! but then crashes before it finalizes (Plus Im sure TPMEG would do a better job, but I do like the menus best in the DVDit version I did)

    Any advice?
