    I am currently using Topaz Video Enhance AI to do some processing on an HDR film.
    I believe this is the relevant info from the video file.
    Code:

    I'm having VEAI output to 16-bit TIF that reports being in rgb48le format.
    I have no experience in HDR content and wanted to know if that image output would be correct/enough to be able to use ffmpeg to stitch a video back together then take and reapply the HDR profile from the original source to the new file? And if so how would I go about doing so?

    With the processing seemingly being.
    -Extract metadata
    -Create video from images using HDR video properties and HDR metadata

    Is anyone able to verify if this process would work out?

  2. Extracting the HDR10 meta data with FFmpeg and later adding it back while converting with x265 to H.265 should work.
    Note the step described in that link do not extract and later add HDR-10+ or DolbyVision data.
    (Both of these could be extracted and later added again,..)
