Camtasia 9 does not work the pre-image screen of the video.
Camtasia 9 does not work the video's pre-image screen, it turns white. Check that there is nothing wrong with the video card, it's ok.

Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays! or rip iTunes movies!
