  2. You need to download the LSMASH package and put LSMAHSource.dll in AviSynth's plugins folder. You will also need to download defreq and put defreq.dll in AviSynth's plutins folder. And TNLMeans.

    http://avisynth.nl/index.php/LSMASHSource
    http://avisynth.org.ru/defreq/defreq.html
    http://avisynth.nl/index.php/TNLMeans

Note that defreq is only available in a 32 bit version (as far as I know). That means you will have to use 32 bit AviSynth, 32 bit AviSynth filters, and a 32 bit player/editor/encoder. If suggest you use AviSynth+ rather than the original AviSynth.

  6. If you look at the instructions for defreq() you'll see that it requires fft3d.dll

    http://avisynth.org.ru/defreq/defreq.html
    http://www.fftw.org/

Put the 32 bit version in C:\Windows\sysWOW64\, the 64 bit version in C;\Windows\System32.

    How crazy.
But this time it worked. Thank you.

  8. The fft3d libraries are used by many AviSynth filters (and lots of other free software) so it's good to have them.
