Use TOTAL RECORDER - registered version - to record an audio of your rm movie.
Open real. Stop the movie. Open total recorder. Press the red recording button. Start the movie. Save when movie stops - total recorder will stop automatically.
Use VirtualDub or TMPGEnc to encode video and audio.
Getting the audio in sync is difficult and you may have to experiement with cutting your initial audio file using microsoft's own sound recorder but it can be done.
Experiment with a short extract of your movie and a short extract of the sound file to see how you need to cut the audio file.

If you have copy of Goldwave, you can also record a live stream. Select Stereo Mixer out as record source.

It wont work with shareware version you must obtain a registered version. The program costs us dollars twelve if downloaded from the web.
Just open both your program to play the video and total recorder, press the red record button on total recorder and play the video. The sound will be captured automatically.
