find m3u8 address in encrypted hls

tango is a live broadcast application like bigo periscope. It is not difficult to find m3u8 codes with filter while streaming in public stream

But when the broadcaster opens a private stream, this stream is encrypted and I cannot access m3u8 codes. (encryption is probably done with aes-128 but I'm not sure)

Anyone have an application advice to decrypt this stream? I don't want to download
It will be enough if I just get the online hls player link

It is not difficult to get the hls link during normal streaming, i can watch this online with any hls player

but when the broadcaster starts a private stream it is impossible to get the stream because it is encrypted with aes
asking if it is possible to crack this password

HLS Downloader detects the normal stream. It probably detects the private streams too.

Well from few days ago its not possible to even grab a normal live stream with ffmpeg. I also tried HLS Downloader that lfer94 suggested. Doesn't work too.

Anyone know some other app or ffmpeg command?
