After burning my first VCD, the audio and video was off-sync and had scratchy noises when played back on my VCD player.How can I solve this problem? Please help. Thanks.

Have you tried playing this VCD in your PC? Is it off sync and scratchy there too? If so, what did you encode it with and what settings did you use? Are the source files ok?
