Suggestion for VHS TO DIGITAL/DVD (best setup)

im planning to transfer old VHS to digital or dvd with a high quality
i will have soon the SVHS Panasonic NV-FS200 and as DVD recorder the Panasonic DMR ES-10
as capture card i have Elegato video capture (140 euros) which is not that bad
Do i need something more or something else for have some best result?
i have heard also about the JVC DR-M10 as dvd recorder but im not sure
how i can connect everything in order? of cours ei want use S-VIDEO CONNECTION
