Thanks a lot for these! None were on the current list I had compiled:
ASUS GeForce GTX 750 Ti DirectX 11 GTX750TI-OC-2GD5 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Video Card
Palit GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) DirectX 11 NE5X56T01142-1041F 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
ASUS 2GB Graphics Cards R7240-2GD3-L
Asus 90YV0AL1-M0NA00 GeForce GT710 2GB DDR5 Graphics Card
BTO NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 4GB VGA DVI HDMI PCI-E Video Graphics Card
ZOTAC GeForce GT 730 Zone Edition 4GB DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 (x8 lanes) Graphics Card
Consensus on other forums seems to be that the 750Ti and 560Ti are the best of the lot. I would of thought a 4GB would beat a 2GB model, but then I know little about cards. I'll add your four to this list. Ten is plenty to track down, maybe too many....is there a way to whittle these down to the best two or three? -
Whatever you can find for the least amount of money, honestly my advice would be to buy a modern card at the same price point and simple buy an external "HDMI/DVI to VGA converter device". Older cards are getting harder and harder to find in good or working condition and they have no upgrade path or forward compatibility with newer motherboards , operating systems, or software. Good luck finding drivers for some of them... For the same price as some of the older cards you can get a newer model without a VGA port that will be forward compatible and possibly more powerful with more support for things like Vulkan, Open GL, Direct X, AVC1, VP9, H265 etc...
Here is a list HDMI/DVI and Display Port to VGA adaptors.

Yeah, tried that crud about two years ago. I couldn't get it to work, my computer tech that does housecalls failed, and the local computer shop only barely managed to make it work...had my 'Grade A' LCD monitor looking like a CRT TV playing videocassettes. Wasted my time and effort, along with a couple hundred dollars. I don't make the same mistake twice. If/when my monitor ever dies, and I absolutely can't get another VGA one, then I'll check into DVI stuff.
So it looks like the pick of the litter are the GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB and GeForce GTX 560 Ti cards. I'll focus on those two unless someone has objections.
