    Hello,

    I have Avermedia Capture Card connected from my PS3 to my computer. It works fine almost every time... but tonight, very randomly, a video I recorded has no game audio at all despite me not changing any settings! The mic and video were picked up fine. What makes this even stranger, is that I started recording another video about 2 minutes after stopping the previous, and in the second video the game audio was absolutely fine.

    Does anyone have any ideas what may have caused this mysterious absence of sound?

    This is a game console problem, A game forum is the right place to get help in my opinion, not here.

    Open the file without audio and another file which is fine in mediainfo:
    Choose: 64 bit only without installer here: https://mediaarea.net/de/MediaInfo/Download/Windows
    So you do not have adware in installer.
    post logs here as text.
